As President and CEO of LandStar Title Agency – John began his professional career in the title industry in 1987 when he was recruited by First American Title Insurance Company. John rose to the position of Assistant Vice President and was chosen to run the Equity Division at First American in New York.

In 1992 John joined the largest title agent in New York State, TitleServ, in the position of Senior Vice President where John was in charge of business development and oversaw all major national institutional accounts including JPMorgan Chase and Citibank.

In 2000 John moved to Commonwealth Land Title in order to build the major underwriter’s market share in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

2002 John founded LandStar Title Agency.

Kenneth P. Warner is a principal and general counsel of Landstar Title Agency Inc. with offices in Carle Place Long Island and Manhattan. Mr. Warner holds title underwriting authority from 5 of America’s largest title insurers.

Mr. Warner is recognized throughout the title insurance industry as an expert in mortgage closing, title insurance, real property law, and mortgage banking compliance.  He has been a frequent CLE lecturer on real property law and title insurance for Astoria Federal Savings Bank, Esquire Bank and the Nassau County Bar Association.  Mr. Warner’s 20 year career  has included a wide variety of title and settlement work across a broad spectrum of property types including high volume residential, commercial, industrial, office, retail, land development, condo conversion, condemnation, public land, cooperatives, leasehold, mezzanine financing, construction lending, hospital financings, irrevocable options and the leases which back collateralized debt obligations.

Mr. Warner was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1991 and is a member of the Bar in the States of New York and California.  He is a Licensed Title Insurance Producer in the State of New Jersey.  Kenneth Warner is a member of the NYS Land Title Association, New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Committee, Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Marco Botarelli is the Managing Director of our New York City Office, which he established in 2003, and continues to be actively involved in sales and marketing of title insurance on a daily basis. He applies his 25 years management expertise in corporate America as Senior Vice President of Oxford Industries a Fortune 500 Corporation and his ten years running our NYC office to every transaction. In 2007, Mr. Botarelli formed BSAF LLC which currently invests in real estate in the USA. In 2009 Mr. Botarelli co-founded Beekman REIM with Ariel Lahmi, which is an international real estate and property management company with offices in New York, Paris and Chennai.

Mr. Botarelli is a graduate of Baruch College with a BBA in Management. He has been involved with numerous condo and co-op boards in NYC since 1982. Several years ago he was involved with a Committee for an Upper East Side High School: The Eleanor Roosevelt School was established thanks to his efforts and several other Committee members. Mr. Botarelli is a board member of R.E.N.T. and a founder of R.E.N.G.

His interests include classical music, architecture, international travel, skiing and sailing. He is fluent in Italian and conversant in French. Mr. Botarelli is also quite active in the learning disabled community, helping families navigate the road less traveled.

Mr. Botarelli resides in Manhattan and East Hampton, NY with his wife and has two grown sons.

Rich Lipman, Esq. was appointed Vice President and Counsel of LandStar Title Agency in December of 2015. Before joining LandStar, Mr. Lipman was President , Founder and Chief Counsel of Accord Abstract Ltd. for more than 30 years. Accord Abstract insured thousands of transactions ranging from residential refinances to multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions and mortgages. Mr. Lipman received his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from Stony Brook University and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice before the Courts of this state since 1976.

Mr. Lipman has been actively involved in title insurance for more than 40 years and is a former counsel and officer of First American Title Insurance Company and USLife Title Insurance Company of New York (now part of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company). Mr. Lipman has served on the Executive, Land Records and Municipal Liaison Committees of the New York State Land Title Association. Rich is a member of NYS Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. Rich remains President of Accord Abstract, a Division of LandStar Title Agency.

Rich is a lifelong Long Islander, husband, father and doting grandfather… not to mention a big Met fan and self-confessed lousy golfer.

William Chung, Esq. began his legal career as a paralegal at a boutique law firm and gained a great deal of experience in real estate transactions. In 2007, he joined LandStar Title Agency Inc. as a recording clerk and worked his way up to become a counsel.

William earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law Center while being married to a lovely wife, raising two children and working full time. He was a teacher assistant for one year, received the CALI award in Elder Law, participated in the Elder Law Clinic, and interned at an Estate Planning law firm for the elderly. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014.

William is also on NYS Part 36 appointment for Court Evaluator, Guardian, and Attorney for AIP in New York, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk County.

Stanley J. Lacher, Esq. joined LandStar Title Agency as Counsel in December of 2015. Before LandStar, Mr. Lacher was Counsel for Accord Abstract Ltd. Accord Abstract insured thousands of transactions ranging from residential refinances to multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions and mortgages. Earlier in his career Stan was Principal, President and Counsel of Globe Title Agency and was President and Counsel of Globe Abstract Corp.

Mr. Lacher received his Bachelor of Arts, Accounting from Queens College, CUNY and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School. He has been a member of the Bar for more than 42 years. Mr. Lacher continues to be active in the title insurance industry and is a former President of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA) and was a member of their Executive Committee for more than 15 years. Stan is a member of NYS, Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He enjoys lecturing on Real Estate and Title Law for numerous Bar Associates and the NYSLTA.

Stan is an avid golfer, husband, father of 2 adult daughters and grandfather of 5.

Mrs. Rubinberg brings a wealth of experience and know-how in real estate law. She began her career in 2002 as an attorney for Goldberg, Weprin & Ustin and has since held positions with several highly-regarded law firms in New York. Julie is well versed in real property law, cooperative and condominium and tax certiorari. Mrs. Rubinberg received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from Ithaca College. She is licensed to practice law in New York
